Job summary

Terso Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist I to perform hands-on field deployments of PAR Excellence hardware and software. You will install equipment, train customers, and support onsite installations under supervision while building foundational technical skills.

The role requires up to 75% travel and strong communication with customers; healthcare supply chain experience is a plus but not required. This position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Install PAR Excellence hardware and software ensuring proper operation of solutions.
• Provide technology implementation and support for customer accounts.
• Provide product training for both hardware and software.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve on-site issues.
• Assist with system configuration data to support installation and functionality.
• Support training activities for new Specialists under supervision.
