Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required.
• Three (3) years' experience in project funds/administration or similar.
• Experience with pay applications and contract/grant compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports Construction Management and Treatment Construction teams by managing pay applications and budgets.
• Manages project documentation such as pay applications, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Coordinates with CFA's and Accounts Payable to ensure prompt-pay compliance.
• Drafts schedules of values and executes payments for CIP/Bond projects, DOs and TOs.
• Reviews grant terms and ensures compliance during funds disbursement.
