Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years in a project management leadership role.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across business units and regions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive PM plans (safety, quality, cost).
• Ensure safety, budget, schedule, and design compliance.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and field supervision.
