Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Project Manager Associate (PMA) to join the impact finance team. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risk across a portfolio of Project Finance loans, assisting with underwriting, and managing relationships with sponsors and Credit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience or MBA/JD.
• Strong underwriting and financial analysis skills, including cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project construction and development milestones and assess risk.
• Prepare underwriting packages for annual reviews, amendments, or restructures.
• Coordinate with third parties and internal teams to support underwriting and loan closing.
• Review complex legal documents and third-party reports to support financing requests.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and AML, BSA, and information security policies.
• Support management of portfolio and new loan requests.
