The PMA will identify and mitigate risk across a portfolio of Project Finance loans, support client relationships, and assist in underwriting, structuring, and closing transactions for renewable energy, midstream, and other assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• Or MBA/JD with no directly related experience.
• Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and analysis of proforma financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project construction and development milestones, analyze project performance, and monitor risk in compliance with banking requirements.
• Prepare underwriting packages for annual reviews, amendments, modifications, or restructures.
• Manage project issues and provide risk-mitigated solutions; advocate for Sponsors with Credit and management.
