Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four or more years of related experience.
• MBA or JD with no directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction milestones and assess risk in debt transactions per regulatory and internal procedures.
• Prepare underwriting packages for annual reviews and debt financings.
• Manage project issues and communicate Bank position to sponsors with risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, consultants, and engineers.
• Coordinate underwriting, credit approval, and execution of portfolio loans.
• Support management of existing and new transactions per bank policies.
• Review complex legal documents and third-party reports to mitigate risk.
• Analyze financial models for underwriting, cash flow, and accounting risks.
• Participate in special projects and update internal policies.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics and AML/BSA policies.
