Qualifikationen

• Model complex financial projections in Excel, including cash flows, debt financing and tax structures.
• Conduct due diligence for opportunities in North America and LatAm in power, natural resources and infrastructure.
• Review market studies, engineering reports, financial models, statements, contracts and legal analyses.
• Analyze project assets, development plans and commercial arrangements.
• Prepare documentation for senior management and control functions and liaise with Portfolio Group.
