U.S. Bank is seeking a Project Manager Associate in the U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance group to manage risk in a portfolio of Project Finance loans, especially in renewable energy and other assets.

You’ll help underwrite, structure, amend, and close complex debt financings while coordinating with internal teams and external professionals. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, experience with financial modeling, and the ability to navigate credit approvals in a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or MBA/JD with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and analysis of proforma financial statements.
• Proven credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.
• Understanding of project finance underwriting and loan documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor project construction and development milestones and assess risk in debt transactions.
• Prepare underwriting packages for annual reviews, amendments, modifications or restructures.
• Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, consultants and engineers on third-party reports.
• Support credit approval and execution of portfolio management and new loan requests.
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and internal policies.
