Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator to support the Infrastructure Finance portfolio, reviewing and negotiating loan documents for large, utility-scale projects.

You will work with Relationship Managers, attorneys, construction consultants and title companies to ensure all conditions are met and funding occurs promptly. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days and collaboration across risk management, legal, and operations to safeguard the bank’s interests while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate or project finance loan administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence and administrative management of loans targeted towards renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
• Provide administrative management of a portfolio of Project Finance construction, term loans, and Letters of Credit in accordance with credit policy requirements for risk management.
• Ensure closing conditions are met and loans are closed and funded within time frames consistent with excellent customer service.
• Maintain files with sufficient documentation for third party review and prepares files for timely audits.
• Work closely with internal teams such as project management, asset management, legal, and compliance as well as external stakeholders.
• Reviews loan documents and ensures alignment of documentation with loan booking systems.
