WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Financial Advisor to support our Transportation and Infrastructure portfolio.

You will partner with Project Managers to ensure profitability, forecast accuracy, and financial controls across multiple projects, while guiding budgets, WBS, billing methods, and rates. The role requires 3-5 years in project accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems like Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CGA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3-5 years of project accounting, project finance, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.
• Experience supporting medium to large, complex project portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to support the financial success of projects.
• Provide guidance on project setup, including budgets, WBS, billing methods, and rates.
• Review project financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support project forecasting, revenue recognition, and profitability management.
• Analyze labor utilization, project costs, and margins to improve performance.
• Advise teams on project funding, contract requirements, and financial controls.
