The role partners with project managers to drive sound financial management, budgeting, billing methods, and margin improvement. You will monitor project forecasts, perform risk assessment, and ensure compliance with financial policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or closely-related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of project finance or commercial finance experience in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools (Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the sound financial management of projects by acting as a financial partner to Project Managers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and financial terms.
• Provide guidance on initial project setup, including WBS development, budgeting, rate selection, and pricing tool inputs.
• Advise on project financial planning and risk identification.
• Support review of labor structures and rates to optimize margins and ensure recoverability.
