WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Financial Advisor to support our Transportation and Infrastructure portfolio. The role partners with Project Managers to drive profitability, forecast accuracy, and financial compliance across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project accounting/finance within professional services, with strong Excel, ERP, and BI skills. This position emphasizes collaboration, governance, and proactive financial guidance across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Professional accounting/finance designation (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CGA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5 years of project accounting, project finance, or related experience in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Project Managers to support the financial success of projects.
• Provide guidance on project setup including budgets, WBS, billing methods, and rates.
• Review project financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support project forecasting, revenue recognition, and profitability management.
• Analyze labor utilization, project costs, and margins to improve performance.
• Advise teams on project funding, contract requirements, and financial controls.
