Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Financial Advisor to act as a trusted finance partner to project delivery teams, guiding budgeting, revenue recognition, and cost control across a portfolio of projects.

You will advise on profitability, working capital, and risk, helping ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in project finance within engineering or professional services, advanced Excel, Oracle ERP, and PowerBI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or closely‑related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant post-education experience in project finance or commercial finance in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP tools (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to project delivery teams across the project lifecycle.
• Support budgeting, rate selection, and pricing tool inputs for projects.
• Monitor project margins, working capital, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and contract terms.
• Provide guidance on project setup, funding, billing methods, and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize financial performance.
