JLL in Plano, TX is seeking a Project Operations Specialist to own the financial and administrative execution of projects within PMWeb. You will manage budgets, commitments, change orders, and invoices, delivering accurate and timely financial data to the project team.

You will coordinate day-to-day activities, generate standard reports and dashboards, and serve as the liaison between JLL and the client. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to improve

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience processing financial transactions in a project management or construction environment.
• Experience with PMWeb or comparable project financial management systems.
• Proven track record resolving vendor payment issues and tracking invoice status.
• Experience creating and routing commitments and change orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; liaison between internal teams and client.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented with proactive data discrepancy resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end financial transaction processing in PMWeb, including budgets and invoices.
• Track and resolve vendor invoice and payment issues.
• Create and route commitments and change orders with accurate entity and remit-to details.
• Conduct regular data reviews to catch discrepancies and fix gaps via the Data Integrity Dashboard.
• Produce and maintain standard reports and dashboards to drive visibility for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and serve as financial and administrative liaison between JLL and the client.
• Onboard and train incoming team members on financial workflows and platform use.
• Help build tools, templates, and processes to simplify day-to-day work.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure compliance with 90-day closeout requirements.
