Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead office and financial centre projects on-site in Plano, TX. You will own the lifecycle from concept through delivery, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to meet client objectives while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and procurement, acting as the primary client contact and driving innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management or construction management leading complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contracts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels and with clients.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Clarion, MS Project, MS Office).
• Proven decisiveness, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable results.
• Problem-solving skills to navigate conflicting priorities with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for office building and financial centre construction initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.
• Oversee contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor management to optimize project outcomes.
• Monitor construction progress through regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making by analysing project data, preparing detailed reports, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Champion best practices and cultural initiatives that strengthen team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage emerging technologies and project management tools to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value.
