Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of facility and project management accounting for a high-volume client account. The role focuses on general ledger activities and collaboration with facility managers, project managers, and vendors to deliver timely, accurate reporting.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5–10 years of experience, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with financial modeling and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong financial/analytical skills with financial modeling
• High attention to detail and accuracy and ability to solve problems
• Self-starter, team player with ability to discuss and analyze alternate viewpoints
• Advanced presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial information within deadlines, including reconciliations, month end reports, accruals, fundings, ad hoc analyses, budgets, forecasts and invoices
• Comply with budget, forecast, revenue, audit requirements, tax, balance sheet and accounts receivable; attestation for revenue recognition and financial completeness
• Review monthly IAS Oversight financial package and bank reconciliations to finalize reporting within seven business days
• Document changes to MSA/pricing exhibits with financial impact
• Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll and reimbursable expense billing
• Streamline financial processes across locations with consistent reporting and decks
• Compile annual facility management expense budgets and consolidate final budget
• Comply with SOCR, JLL policies and internal audit standards
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and SAS70 standards
