Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex commercial real estate projects from Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on capital planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and cross‑functional team leadership to meet client goals and risk controls.

The candidate will manage client relationships, conduct on-site supervision, and coordinate consultants, contractors, and vendors while maintaining project performance and cash flow discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of practical experience in project administration.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for overall project management delivery on account.
• Support Client with Capital Plan development, Program Scope and assigning the proper resources.
• Develop project budget including hard costs and soft costs with knowledge of construction cost/benefit analysis.
• Lead cost savings/avoidance, negotiations and value engineering.
• Mine, create, track, and monitor meaningful data metrics and KPIs.
• Provide technical support; budgeting, scheduling, and progress reporting.
• Assemble and manage teams of consultants and contractors.
