JLL is seeking a Project Manager to drive complex real estate and construction projects, delivering outcomes with a focus on client experience and continuous improvement. You will coordinate multi-year programs, lead cross-functional teams, and manage budgets and schedules from inception to completion.

You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders globally, championing innovative PM practices while ensuring top-tier quality.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction, with preference for office/workplace/lab/TI projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams and maintain high engagement.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Partner with project teams through visioning, chartering, pre-development, and construction for multi-year, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Lead projects from inception to completion within budget and schedule constraints.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across the lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and identify risks and issues.
• Track finances, adhere to budgets, and provide accurate cost forecasts.
