Qualifications

• 4-6 years of investment banking or private equity experience preferred, infrastructure experience a plus.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities essential.
• Experience building project finance models in Excel and presenting results in PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute infrastructure financing and advisory transactions.
• Develop financial models and run analyses for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare financing proposals, investor materials, and marketing materials.
• Support in transaction due diligence and review with risk and legal teams.
• Collaborate with M&A, debt capital markets, derivatives, and product groups.
