Job summary

You will prepare client materials, financing proposals and analyses under senior bankers’ guidance, while coordinating with product teams to structure debt solutions and manage due diligence.

Qualifications

• MBA/MS/LLM with a quantitative background or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Finance.
• 1 year of credit experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring, underwriting and execution of non-recourse project finance transactions in the digital infrastructure sector, with focus on data centers and power infrastructure.
• Prepare client marketing materials, financing proposals, transaction analysis and internal approval materials under guidance of senior bankers.
• Support senior bankers in maintaining relationships with developers, financial sponsors, infrastructure investors and operators.
• Coordinate across capital markets, rates/derivatives and ratings advisory teams to evaluate and execute financing solutions.
• Provide guidance to Analysts on transaction execution, financial analysis and internal processes.
