Job summary

SERVPRO of the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana Tri-State Area is hiring a Job File Coordinator. The role serves as the liaison for customers to identify project requirements and specifications, while administrating and organizing projects and supporting teammates.

You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure comprehensive documentation from start to finish, review site paperwork, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer to identify project requirements and specifications and administer/organize projects and support teammates.
• Daily project oversight: monitor status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure thorough/accurate project documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
