Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in project expediting, procurement, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong communication, organization, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or energy industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track purchase orders, materials, equipment, and supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, subcontractors, procurement, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Monitor production and shipment schedules and identify potential delays.
• Expedite technical documents, vendor drawings, inspection reports, and shipping documents.
• Maintain expediting reports and tracking logs using ERP/project management systems.
• Provide regular project status updates and coordinate corrective actions to prevent schedule impacts.
