Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks a Project Expeditor in Dallas, TX to keep project timelines on track by coordinating materials, equipment, documents, and deliverables across all phases. You will work with procurement, vendors, engineers, and project management to identify bottlenecks and mitigate delays, reporting to the Project Manager and Director of Project Implementation.

Requires 2–5+ years in expediting or related roles and proficiency with ERP and project management platforms such as SAP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, or project coordination
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and project management platforms (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore)
• Ability to anticipate delays and implement proactive solutions before they impact critical path activities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing relationships with global suppliers and internal project teams
• High level of organization to track numerous orders, delivery dates, and technical document submittals simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Monitor POs and track material, equipment, and document deliveries to sites/facilities
• Maintain regular communication with vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors on schedules and logistics
• Identify delays, shortages, or disruptions and coordinate corrective actions or alternate sourcing
• Ensure timely submittal, review, and approval of technical documents and drawings
• Collaborate with procurement, QA, engineering, logistics, and site teams to align material arrivals with schedules
• Maintain expediting logs and provide status updates in project meetings
