Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a senior engineer to provide technical leadership on complex projects and to assist the Project Manager in achieving cost, schedule, and client satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing budgets and changes, and ensuring high-quality, multi-discipline deliverables through effective leadership and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on projects and support the PM in performance management.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues and with PMT on execution issues.
• Support PM in managing budgets, schedules, and scope changes with documentation.
• Weekly/monthly reporting of engineering status and resource forecasting.
• Oversee multi-discipline deliverables and ensure inter-discipline coordination.
• Lead quality control of engineering work and coordinate risk mitigation.
• Facilitate development of project procedures and ensure proper approvals.
