Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• PE Licensure is required.
• Virginia local experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
• Oversee projects from entitlements to construction completion.
• Navigate permitting entitlements across governmental agencies with local expertise.
• Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines for large developments and commercial projects.
• Engage in marketing initiatives and build relationships with clients and government entities.
• Deliver projects with high client satisfaction and drive company growth.
