Job summary

Atwell, LLC seeks a Project Engineer in Pennsylvania to lead site/civil engineering and land development initiatives. You will design water and wastewater systems, manage entitlements, and coordinate with agencies to ensure on-time delivery of complex projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET/EAC accredited university.
PE licensure required.
Experience in Pennsylvania preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.

Responsibilities

Design water/wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
Oversee projects from entitlements to construction completion.
Handle permitting entitlements across agencies using local knowledge.
Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines.
Engage with clients and government entities to grow the company’s presence.
Deliver projects with high client satisfaction and contribute to growth.
