In this pivotal role, you will lead projects from entitlements to construction completion, applying your expertise to water and wastewater systems, grading, road design, and related disciplines.

You will manage permitting with multiple agencies, develop strategic permitting approaches, and contribute to business growth by building strong client and government relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET/EAC accredited university.
• PE licensure is required.
• Maryland work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from entitlements to construction completion.
• Handle permitting entitlements across multiple governmental agencies.
• Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines.
• Engage with clients and government entities to support growth.
