Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer who is passionate about site/civil engineering and land development. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead transformative projects from entitlements to construction completion, applying your expertise to design water and wastewater systems, site grading, roadway design, and more.

This role also emphasizes permitting strategies, client engagement, and delivering high-quality projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.
PE Licensure is required.
Local experience in Pennsylvania preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

Showcase your expertise in engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
Lead projects from entitlements to construction completion, ensuring flawless execution.
Navigate permitting across governmental agencies, leveraging local expertise to streamline processes.
Strategize permitting to meet deadlines for expansive developments and commercial projects.
Engage and grow by participating in marketing initiatives and building relationships with clients and government entities.
