Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• -PE licensure required.
• -Virginia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Showcase your expertise by designing water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
• Lead projects from entitlements to construction completion with attention to quality and schedule.
• Navigate permitting across multiple agencies, leveraging local Virginia knowledge to streamline the process.
• Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for large developments and commercial projects.
• Engage with marketing initiatives, build relationships with clients and government entities, and contribute to company growth.
• Drive project success and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
