Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience including 3+ years in Project/Construction Management.
• Experience with utility, canal/waterways, or building systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns large, complex projects from initiation through closeout with governance and schedule control.
• Coordinate in-house and external resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop design documents, budgets, forecasts, and bid documents; evaluate proposals and prepare awards.
