Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Engineer 2 within the Advanced Facilities Group to drive routine construction and field execution across our projects. You will participate in safety planning, QA/QC, estimating, scheduling, and documentation, working with the project team on-site to monitor crews, materials, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2+ years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in implementing project safety plans and ensures a culture of compliance through training and toolbox talks.
• Supports the preparation of estimates, schedules, work plans and daily logs.
• Pre-plans crew activities and provides updates to the project superintendent.
• Supports and/or completes job set-up and project administration in CMiC and other company technologies.
• Manages subcontractor scope of work and coordinates with internal project support functions.
