Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Field Engineer 2 to support routine construction activities and supervise a crew as a working foreman. The role focuses on efficient task execution aligned with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision and values on large Industrial & Manufacturing projects.

The candidate will contribute to safety, quality, and Lean practices while developing technical skills and coordination with the project team and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• 2+ years construction experience required.
• 0-2 years supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to learn company standards and on-site construction techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction-related software.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in project safety plan and culture.
• Works with crew to complete tasks on site.
• Learn and apply company standards for equipment use.
• Builds relationships with trades and project team members.
• Supports planning meetings and Lean practices.
