Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Engineer 1 for Industrial/Manufacturing projects based on site in Social Circle, GA. You will support construction and field execution, applying fundamentals, processes, and tools to learn the building process and help the team deliver outcomes.

You will participate in safety and quality planning, QA/QC, estimating and change management, manage daily reports, punch lists, monitoring crew, self-perform work, and coordinate meetings to keep projects on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to perform work accurately and completely, in a timely manner.
Experience with project QA/QC planning and safety/quality culture.

Responsibilities

Complete and support construction and field execution responsibilities.
Learn and participate in estimating and change management processes and tools.
Monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantity and equipment on site.
Prepare/disseminate documentation and reports (daily/weekly).
Maintain logs, drawings, specifications, and procurement tracking.
Collaborate with tradespeople and project team to support scheduling and lean practices.
