Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and maintains an injury‑free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinates site care and control; manages schedules and costs.
