The role involves assisting with shop drawings, cost reviews, and vendor communications, ensuring timely material releases and on-site progress in coordination with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project scheduling development, submission and change order management.
• Coordinate communications with owners, general contractors and subcontractors.
• Administer subcontract requirements, contract documents and change orders.
• Review and track shop drawings through project cycles and approvals.
• Release project materials and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Monitor project costs with the Project Manager and update logs.
