Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical or general construction project coordination or management.
• Journeyman Electrician license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports project estimating, cost control, and schedule development.
• Reviews and coordinates scopes of work with drawings, specs, and project objectives.
• Prepares and reviews submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyzes pay applications, change requests, and other financial documents.
• Assists in subcontractor bidding, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Supports contract administration and monitoring of deliverables.
• Oversees time tracking and reporting with field supervision and staff.
• Coordinates with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subs for timely decisions.
• Organizes project meetings and maintains project documentation.
• Maintains vendor contacts, material specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with material procurement and delivery.
