Job summary

Price Industries is seeking a Project Engineer for our Lawrenceville, GA facility to support customers via email and phone and to aid sales with technical guidance on terminal products within HVAC systems.

You will partner with sales, product managers, and engineering teams to provide application support, prepare quotations, and drive project execution from initial contact to final acceptance across North America.

Qualifications

• A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year in applications, customer support or technical role.
• New graduates with internships will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Process-driven mindset, self-motivation and initiative.
• Aptitude and desire for excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with co-workers and managers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Get up to speed on Terminal products, market strategy, and engineering workflows.
• Provide phone and email support to internal and external sales teams with engineering requests.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations and submittals to support sales representatives and managers.
• Assist external customers with application support, bids, submissions, and installation guidance.
• Post-sales support including training, system installation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and Account Managers to drive sales goals.
• Lead training events and support new product launches with sales and research initiatives.
• Take charge of on-site project management, webinars, and industry education efforts.

Education

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
