Job summary

Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project team in delivering heavy civil construction projects. You will assist with planning, execution, and closeout, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

The role requires a BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 1–3 years of experience; familiarity with Primavera P6/HCSS HeavyJob/Bluebeam/AutoCAD is a plus. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in heavy civil construction preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, HCSS HeavyJob, Bluebeam, AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, executing, and closing out heavy civil construction projects.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and identify delays.
