Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Civil Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support for field operations on energy projects. You will act as a point of contact for technical issues, manage work packages, and support Change Order processes with project teams.

The role requires 3-5 years of field engineering experience in related industries, strong communication skills, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years field engineering experience in power generation, petrochemical, or similar projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling and project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams; generate RFIs and track impacts on scope, schedule and cost.
• Conduct site inspections, plan work packages, and prepare project status reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain documentation, drawings, submissions, and ensure safety compliance.
