This entry-to-mid level role supports planning, scheduling, and coordination with field labor to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards on projects ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in CM, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Eng or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to other regions.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, compile scope and quantities.
• Monitor field progress and ensure compliance with plans.
• Coordinate with design engineers, owners, and field teams.
• Prepare work packages with labor and cost estimates.
• Track progress and update status weekly.
• Mentor new engineers and support project manager.
