Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of complex mechanical projects across commercial, industrial, and technical sectors. You’ll drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing client relationships and budgets.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and field crews, to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with Harder’s standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably mechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project team and field labor to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Manage project budget and maintain client relationships.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead a team from engineers to superintendents and admin staff.
