Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience reading mechanical and plumbing drawings is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, scope, and quantities for project work.
• Coordinate with design engineers, owners and field staff.
• Monitor construction to ensure safety, schedule and quality standards.
• Prepare work packages with labor and cost estimates.
• Mentor new engineers and support the project manager.
• Estimate future work and help plan next steps.
