Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is hiring a Project Engineer to support construction projects across Commercial, Advanced Technology, and Industrial sectors.

You will plan, schedule, and execute scope, coordinating with field teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality. We seek a self-motivated professional with 3–10 years in construction management and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and determine scope and quantities.
• Coordinate with field labor to ensure safety, on schedule, and quality.
• Monitor construction progress and update status weekly.
• Prepare and monitor work packages with labor and cost estimates.
• Mentor new engineers and assist the project manager.
• Estimate future work.
