Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our San Diego, CA office. You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent with organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and recording all construction activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and has at least 1 year of field experience; strong Excel and Procore skills are required. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum one year of field experience in construction management.
• Strong Excel skills and Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and transcribe detailed minutes clearly.
• Inspect site daily and coordinate with subcontractors for deliveries.
• Review designs, drawings, submittals, and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Prepare RFIs, track change orders, and document project records.
