Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our San Diego, CA office. The role supports the Project Manager and Superintendent, ensuring construction progresses on schedule and aligns with contract requirements across high-profile commercial projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with at least five years in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum five years of field or related experience.
• Experience with large commercial projects (healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, etc.) is desired.
• Procore or similar construction software is required; Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills; knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
• Inspect construction site daily and manage subcontractors to contract documents.
• Review designs and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and disseminate status reports, punch lists, and close-out documentation.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating all project activities.
