Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Superintendent for our San Diego, CA office. Lead field operations on medium to large projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

The role reports to the Jobsite Project Manager and requires strong coordination with subcontractors and crews. Ideal candidates have a minimum eight years in construction, a degree in Engineering Construction Management, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of construction field experience or related area.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors on large commercial projects is desired.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety compliance with OSHA requirements and maintains safety training.
• Develops jobsite risk mitigation and incident response procedures.
• Maintains QA/QC through the Quality Control Program and QA/QC Plan.
• Oversees project schedules, look-ahead planning, and coordination meetings.
• Manages subcontractor coordination, field operations, and cost reporting.
• Reports daily labor, time, and project status to supervision.
