Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to join our Los Angeles, CA office. The role supports Project Managers and Superintendents in organizing, scheduling, and recording construction activities on major projects.

The candidate will lead subcontractor coordination, document control, RFIs/Submittals, and closeout processes, ensuring adherence to contract documents and schedules. Experience with P6, Procore, and Bluebeam is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading and scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Procore is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Bluebeam for project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
• Inspect construction site daily and manage subcontractors to contract documents.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Coordinate design and construction efforts across teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project closeout, certificates of occupancy, and warranties/guarantees.
