Job summary

Atlantic Constructors seeks a Project Engineer to lead two or more commercial construction projects alongside PMs and PMA's. You will interface daily with field crews, customers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure teams have the information and resources to succeed.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years in a commercial construction environment, excels at communication, multitasking, and applying effective management techniques to maximize team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years in commercial construction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking reports on productivity and labor.
• Create and maintain internal project schedules.
• Prepare submittals from drawings, specs, and vendor info.
• Coordinate with project team on submittals.
• Assist PMs with change requests documentation.
• Distribute contract documents to subcontractors and vendors.
• Schedule construction meetings with team and clients.
