Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Project Engineer to partner with Project Managers and PM Assistants to lead two or more commercial construction projects. You will interact daily with field crews, customers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure teams have the right information and resources to succeed.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field with 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to apply effective management techniques to maximize team performance.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to multitask, follow instructions, and show strong attention to detail.
• Must adhere to all company policies and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain project tracking reports to monitor productivity and labor utilization.
• Create and maintain internal project schedules.
• Prepare complete, accurate submittals from drawings, specs and vendor info.
• Coordinate with architect/engineer and project team on submittals.
• Assist PMs with change order documentation and close-out files.
• Distribute contract docs to subcontractors, including drawings and specs.
• Schedule construction meetings with the team, subs, vendors, and clients.
• Attend pre-bid, project, and closeout meetings.
• Solicit subcontractors and suppliers for proposals before deadlines.
• Prepare client correspondence and track permit applications.
• Support PM to achieve quality, schedule, budget, and safety goals.
• Record progress and manage project documentation and payments.
