Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to lead two or more commercial construction projects, coordinating daily with field crews, customers, vendors, and subcontractors. You will ensure the team has the right information and resources to stay productive and meet targets.

The role emphasizes scheduling, submittals, vendor coordination, and project documentation, with opportunities to influence quality, safety, and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years in a commercial construction environment
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Must be able to multi-task, follow instructions, and show attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
• Must adhere to company policies and schedules

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking reports to monitor productivity and labor utilization
• Create and maintain internal project schedules
• Prepare submittals based on drawings, specs, and vendor information
• Track and coordinate with architect/engineer and subcontractors
• Assist PMs with change order backups and close-out documents
• Disseminate contract documents to subcontractors and vendors
• Schedule meetings with the team, suppliers, and clients
• Assist in ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and safety goals
